Just a short comment: Years ago someone made daily RCs avilable via an
Rsync server. Thus it was very easy to get the latest RC -- you just
rsynced the installer ISO you already had using rsync. As only small
parts of the ISO changed from day to day it was just a few minutes task
even with an not that fast internet connection.

I haven't checked if that still works, but I guess it would. Of course
not with the Live spins, as they are compressed and thus everything
changes all the time. But maybe we could offer them as uncompressed
images somewhere -- you could still test them using USB-Sticks, DVDs, or
with visualization solutions like KVM, Qemu, and Virtual-Box.
