Installing xorg-x11-fonts-ISO8859-1-100dpi and/or
xorg-x11-fonts-ISO8859-1-75dpi should cover those.  You can likely
use some other available ISO8859 fonts for another character set.
I am guessing that this should be enough for what you need although
I do not know for sure.

It appears that xawtv package is missing some dependencies.
