Hmm, as a boot option you mean? Doesn't seem to do anything at all,
I still see just the same behavior as with no option. Thanks for
suggesting something though ...
Using the "vga=ask" option on the boot line should give you something like the
attached, from FC11snap+rawhide as of 24 hrs ago.
