I don't use those packages, but yes, you should report a bug.

For quick and dirty, go to
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/
You can put some words in the search box and see if someone else has reported this already. If they have, just add your
comments to the existing bugzilla record.
If it isn't, and you decide to file a bug, you can go directly here
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora
but you will need a login and password, which you probably don't have if you're asking about filing a bug. :-)
It should ask you to create them.
