Ok, I tried koji and it was the same issue--it wants bash.

So, for curiosity, I did a small install from a fresh iso.

Same issue. 

It looks as if anyone trying to install from an alpha ISO, at least the
DVD, will run into this.

There hasn't been a mention of the problem on this list, nor release
notes, nor anywhere save a few posts on devel list which made me think
it was a rather isolated issue.  

I see very little mention of it.  However, if it is the case, that the
existing DVD iso (and my sha1sum matches that on the mirrors) will break
this way, then perhaps there should at least be some mention, in large
fonts, of the issue.  

My main guess is that most people installed early and update almost
daily, so didn't miss what seems to have been the window. 

Is this documented somewhere that I've overlooked?
