Happens all the time doing test installations. My real /boot is the first or
third primary on the disk (depending on whether windoz is on it too). It only
gets mounted as /boot to get (Knoppix) Grub installed on it the first time,
and never again. Linux installations are always directed to install
bootloader on /. The real /boot never gets a chance to get fouled, except by
me personally. ;-)
