The * there is being expanded by the shell, not by yumdownloader.  
There must be a file named 
tightvnc-server-1.5.0-12.20090204svn3586.fc11.i386.rpm in the 
directory where you ran this command.

You need to escape the * so that yumdownloader sees it:

yumdownloader --enablerepo=rawhide --source tightvnc-serv\*
