I did more test it's weekend, and report a bug.

The problem only occurs when I install F11a over ext3fs in /, and try to migrate to ext4, with SELinux enabled, using the installation DVD.
If I install F10 with ext3fs in /, and after upgrade the system and migrate to ext4, the problems does not occurs.
I put two workarounds on the bug report.
