It's not a test, it's one way to access fresh builds which may be
important in some cases.

"yum --nogpgcheck --enablerepo=updates-testing localinstall filename"
would install the manually downloaded package and resolve dependencies
automatically (meaning it would also fetch the package that adds
libplasma.so.3).
