This is dumb. There is no product with that name. The company is called "Red Hat", not "Redhat". And the distribution (or package collection) on your machine is "Fedora", not "Redhat Linux Fedora". Why do they make up their own names? As where the version comes from, please give proper details as almost everyone else on these mailing-lists. Quote the exact commands you run to query the "fedora-release" package on both machines. Alternatively, examine the Webmin source code to find out what it does to read the Fedora version.
