Though I haven't had trouble booting up, kernel-2.6.28-3.fc11.x86_64 was
the last kernel that seems to be working without trouble for me. Today,
I tried rebooting with kernel-2.6.29-0.19.rc0.git9.fc11.x86_64, and it
got as far as:

but then it didn't reboot. I left it for about half an hour, with the
hard drive activity light flashing occasionally, but the Caps Lock light
not changing when hitting that button. Previous 2.6.29 editions froze
randomly when running X, so things do seem to be improving.

The latest version, kernel-2.6.29-0.24.rc0.git13.fc11.x86_64 doesn't
reboot properly either. It ends with some sort of kernel oops or
warning on the screen (cut off, since by that point it's in text-only
mode) but that may be from Bug 479553. Looks like things are in active
development, so for now I'm waiting and watching things stabilize for a
bit.
