In all of the excitement about the 64-bit Alpha of the Flash Plugin, I just noticed that you still need both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of nspluginwrapper installed on your F10 x64 system if you want Adobe Reader plugin to work in 64-bit Firefox. This should probably get added to the release notes - I didn't see it in there at all.
