As a matter of interest, how do you get the window with the slides up? I'm running F10-Snap3-i686-Live-KDE (updated) on a Thinkpad T43, and when I click on f=>Multimedia=>KMix what I take to be the kmix icon jumps up and down for a few seconds, but nothing else happens. Right-clicking on the sound volume icon in the panel lists Show Mixer Window but clicking on this just brings up the volume slide (with "mute" at the top). Running kmix on the command line does nothing. I see that kmix is running: ---------------------------------------------------- [tim@mary ~]$ ps aux | grep kmix tim 2493 0.0 1.1 68044 17596 ? S 12:10 0:00 kmix -session 10d8cecf96000111065458100000063760027_1226405274_405473 ---------------------------------------------------- -- fedora-test-list mailing list fedora-test-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list
