Yes, this looks like a broken partition table with overlapping partitions. sda4 overlaps sda5 between sda10 and sda11. This might be fixable by moving sda4 to the extended partition, in which case it would become sda11 and sda11 would become sda12, but it may be tricky to do it. Which tools were used to create these partitions originally, specifically sda4?
