Try again, this time please do a
# yum clean all
# yum clean metadata
then run
# yum update
I encounter this once in a while, but after doing the above at least one time, the updates come in.
It worked after I tried a few more times. I didn't even do the "yum clean".
The first two times it didn't work. The third time it did.
