Strange things after latest updates

I upgraded my F9 this morning after 4 days.
Now I can connect to my wireless network (WPA) if I use only kernel-2.6.27-0.156.rc0.git4.fc10.i686

this two kernels prevent from connecting to my wireless network (if WPA): if no security (i.e.open network) I can connect
kernel-2.6.27-0.180.rc0.git11.fc10.i686
kernel-2.6.27-0.166.rc0.git8.fc10.i686

Furthermore some applications are working only as root (for example, if I start Yumex I get the root password request and then nothing happens)
I started Yumex on a terminal and I get:
 yumex
No protocol specified
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/yumex/yumex.py", line 29, in <module>
    import gtk,gobject
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py", line 79, in <module>
    _init()
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py", line 67, in _init
    _gtk.init_check()
RuntimeError: could not open display

As root it plays fine.
