The bug number is 450042, see : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=450042
After the update is pushed into updates-testing, Farkas confirmed that the bug is not resolved. But dcantrel confirmed that dhclient is working. This means that the update did not resolve the bug but also did not break any regular functionallity. I think after that it's shown that the bug is not resolved, the update can be removed from the repository, or at least someone can place a comment on the page of the update telling that the bug is not resolved.
