Curious as to why you installed ImageMagick sources and didn't install
the fedora package ImageMagick-devel
I'm not sure what MagicWand is, but it appears to be a php API? Perhaps
you needed to install the package php-magickwand. Otherwise I don't see
a magicwand package in Fedora.
