Hello,
After upgrading to F9, my existing Wine installation locks up my
machine hard (X frozen, no ssh response) when I try to run any Wine
programs that were previously installed. Running winecfg by a user who
hasn't done so previously works fine. So it is looking like something
in my .wine folder is making wine *very* unhappy.
Is anyone else seeing this?
I see the same behavior running winecfg, or notepad.exe or the itunes installer.
This [1] may be the issue, although the workaround doesn't solve it for me. I
still see wine crash the machine when attempting to run the itunes installer
whether I've completely deleted .wine or not, with the low range memory enabled.
