If it complains about the filesystem, you'd use the filesystem correction tool appropriate for the filesystem. fsck for things like ext2, ext3, jfs, xfs, reiserfs, vfat (FAT), cramfs, and more. ntfsck for ntfs. -- Jesse Keating Fedora -- Freedom² is a feature!
