Solution to this problem is found in dkms-ndiswrapper and the kernel2.6.24. first install the freshrpm package dkms-ndiswrapper download the windows driver for the wirless unpack it somewhere and install it using ndiswrapper -i thedriverfolder/file.inf. After that yum -y update kernel* Reboot the system in using the Networkmanager command as root you car should be able to see wireless network.
