Potentially. File it there and it can reassigned if the issue is
elsewhere. Please provide hardware information and logs.
Which logs are needed?
I don't know whether they are really needed in this specific case but I
always provide /var/log/Xorg.0.log. Saves the round trip in case it is
needed.
