OK, if I set stage2 as /boot/upgrade/minstg2.img it will fail with the error above. That is OK as the /boot prefix is wrong. If I correct this later it says that it does not found the iso image. If I boot with the stage2 set by preupgrade: stage2=hd:sda1:/upgrade/minstg2.img it will segfault after entering the keyboard set.
