Ok, got a successful install and have beat on it for a bit. Which of these are already known and which need BZ? Firstboot: Minor cosmetic issue in that the words "License Information" overflows the bounds of the dark background and becomes almost invisible as white against light gray. Assigning an NTP server failed with an inability to contact the server. NTPD: After booting and attempting to manually sort out ntp, two bugs appear. First is an SELinux warning over an improperly labelled ~/.xsession-errors. Next, upon a reboot ntpd failed because it is starting before NetworkManager. PackageKit: Fails because the repos aren't on the mirrors yet. While that isn't a bug itself, other issues are that it takes forever to figure out the repos aren't available and of course the problem that the install media isn't a source for packages anymore. Oh well, that was a good feature while it lasted. :) Firefox: Starts with two tabs opened on the same search page. GDM: Initially showed the language and session widgets but (I think) after updates hit from RawHide they no longer appear. The Accessability icon still shows in the bottom bar along with the time. These are all fairly minor bugs discovered so far. -- John M. http://www.beau.org/~jmorris This post is 100% M$Free!
