Just for the record, I used this command
gconftool-2 --set -t bool /apps/gnome-keyring/daemon-components/ssh false
from that page, which prevents the dialog from appearing when I use
rsync, but I had to log out and back in for it to take effect.
gnome-keyring-daemon is still started for each desktop login--I think
I'd prefer if it was just shut off altogether.
