Sawfish sounds pretty interesting, but I'm surprised to find that it's
not in the fedora or livna repositories, considering others like
fluxbox are.  Am I just missing it?  Was there a huge falling out?  I
started to do the old manual "build from source" bit like in the old
days, but I started running into build issues with its
dependencies....  Yum has made me fat and lazy!

Well sawfish was dead for a very long time and has recently shown some signs of life again. I spend time building the packages for a couple of days and one of my colleagues submitted it for review and hasn't had time to follow it up.
