Mounting a Samba Share in Rawhide from Nautilus not Working

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hey all,

I just installed the Fedora 9 Beta through the Gnome Live CD and I
love what I see so far. However, trying to connect to a samba share
at my workplace is not working through the usual means (Places ->
Connect To Server...). It is giving me the following error when I
first try to mount it

"No application is registered as handling this file"

The other interesting thing is every time I try to mount the share
again, I get this error:

"Location is already mounted"

I have samba (samba-3.2.0-1.pre2.8.fc9.i386 to be exact) installed as
well. If I could get a hint to go in the right direction with this,
it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is any more
information that you need, just let me know and I'll try to post it as
soon as possible. Thanks all!
