This is latest rawhide? It is. Updated today. I now have one to switch back. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it's working now. I thought I had another solution. The menu editor allows you to select 'Add to taskbar'. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have an effect. I haven't tried it for anything other than dolphin, though.
