You can check out the source for any revision of the kernel and build an
srpm from it. Here's how to do it for 2.6.23.15-137:

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/pkgs co -r kernel-2_6_23_15-137_fc8 kernel/F-8
cd kernel
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/pkgs co common
cd F-8
make test-srpm
