BZ'd at 434619. The culprit is mesa-libOSMesa (which BTW has no entry in
bugzilla).

That's because it's not the source RPM. Only Source RPMs have entries in bugzilla.

It's easy to find the name of the SRPM: rpm -qi mesa-libOSMesa
[...]
Source RPM: mesa-7.1-0.10.fc9.src.rpm

So you'd file the bug under 'mesa'.
