I will not carry out any experiment: some updates break system (I
suppose all system with non-USA keyboard) so I hope that new updates
should revert my system to work as it was before updating...

Anyway I added the keyboard apple on my navi bar, and surprise I had
USA as keyboard. I added Ita as preference so now at least I can
switch to my language layout!!!!
