Also, I reinstalled my printers just to be sure there was nothing wrong there. Everything reinstalled right, the Print button is just disabled for those dialogs using I tested the printer with KDE and it works fine. I also tested plugging the printer in via USB and I thought that cups would have auto installed the printer, but it didn't but after I set it up, no GTK app would allow me to print to it.
