It appears that "hwclock" is called from /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/90clock before suspend and after resume, but the script doesn't handle arguments from /etc/sysconfig/clock such as UTC=true, therefore after resume my Lenovo T61 clock is off by the timezone offset.
