If you will file in a wrong slot by a mistake, and it is not always clear what is "wrong", then it will get reassigned. Yes, it sounds like you should file a separate bug report and not the next comment to 428901. Keep in mind that this is rawhide so one day something is broken and another day something else which worked just fine the previous week.
