I was trying to build some newer kde4 src.rpm's and 2 of them fail with
parser errors

[  6%] Generating index.cache.bz2
cd /home/gjohnson/rpmbuild/BUILD/kdeedu-4.0.0/doc/klettres &&
/usr/bin/meinproc4 --check --cache
/home/gjohnson/rpmbuild/BUILD/kdeedu-4.0.0/i386-redhat-linux-gnu/doc/klettres/index.cache.bz2
/home/gjohnson/rpmbuild/BUILD/kdeedu-4.0.0/doc/klettres/index.docbook
meinproc4(6598)/kdecore (KLocale) KLocalePrivate::initEncoding:  Defaulting
to ISO 8859-1 encoding.
index.docbook:125: parser error : Entity 'systemsettings' not defined
If you prefer having the language keyboard layout, please use
&systemsettings;,

and I was wondering if there was a "dumb user" issue I was missing to fix
this?
