OK, try to run package-cleanup (from yum-utils) with --cleandupes
(see manpage to see what it does). Does it help?

If that doesn't fix it Antonio, just rpm -qf --whatprovides
/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9b2pre/* and see if you get anything... if not remove the
whole directory. Based on the list from the xulrunner package thats not
supposed to be there.
