Updating mkinitrd and nash from koji appears to fix (or wait until
next rawhide push).

Thanks!
I was able to get mkinitrd but could not find either nash or
libbdevid-python using koji. This was my first time trying to use Koji
so it is probably introductory user errors when navigating the site.
Since no kernel boots without erroring on /dev/rtc already existing so
creating /dev/rtc0 followed by control-c which lets the boot progress to
the step after the network starts, I can wait a little longer for the fix.
