The report you replied to does NOT mention any update of libsilc, so whatever mirror of rawhide you're using, you're out-of-sync with the daily build reports. libsilc (and libpurple/pidgin) was last updated on Dec 7th ( http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=62 ) and hence was covered in an older build report.
