-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Test Update Notification FEDORA-2007-3782 2007-11-26 18:55:58.503372 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name : clisp Product : Fedora 8 Version : 2.43 Release : 3.fc8 URL : http://clisp.cons.org Summary : Common Lisp (ANSI CL) implementation Description : ANSI Common Lisp is a high-level, general-purpose programming language. GNU CLISP is a Common Lisp implementation by Bruno Haible of Karlsruhe University and Michael Stoll of Munich University, both in Germany. It mostly supports the Lisp described in the ANSI Common Lisp standard. It runs on most Unix workstations (GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris, Tru64, HP-UX, BeOS, NeXTstep, IRIX, AIX and others) and on other systems (Windows NT/2000/XP, Windows 95/98/ME) and needs only 4 MiB of RAM. It is Free Software and may be distributed under the terms of GNU GPL, while it is possible to distribute commercial proprietary applications compiled with GNU CLISP. The user interface comes in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Russian and Danish, and can be changed at run time. GNU CLISP includes an interpreter, a compiler, a debugger, CLOS, MOP, a foreign language interface, sockets, i18n, fast bignums and more. An X11 interface is available through CLX, Garnet, CLUE/CLIO. GNU CLISP runs Maxima, ACL2 and many other Common Lisp packages. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: new release 2.43 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Sat Nov 24 2007 Gerard Milmeister <gemi@xxxxxxxxxx> - 2.43-1 - new release 2.43 * Tue Oct 16 2007 Gerard Milmeister <gemi@xxxxxxxxxx> - 2.42-1 - new release 2.42 * Fri May 4 2007 David Woodhouse <dwmw2@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> - 2.41-6 - Revert to overriding stack limit in specfile * Thu May 3 2007 David Woodhouse <dwmw2@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> - 2.41-5 - Exclude ppc64 for now * Mon Apr 30 2007 David Woodhouse <dwmw2@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> - 2.41-4 - Fix stack size in configure, restore ppc build -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated packages: 137fa307f87a5a0dc3efb1be0abb6fc46138f24f clisp-2.43-3.fc8.i386.rpm 2da2d9390de1cc6d8b143a4137a6f0e0ab1196b7 clisp-devel-2.43-3.fc8.i386.rpm 1e719760a5fb88da9a7f3a32e3f7f2506a4306a9 clisp-debuginfo-2.43-3.fc8.i386.rpm 1ef0bd85ab5b77240a34cfca928999d6f8025b0c clisp-devel-2.43-3.fc8.x86_64.rpm b446e9f065a617b16182e3cb862656cc908ec508 clisp-debuginfo-2.43-3.fc8.x86_64.rpm c4498e7ed14da9b79cd2c3bbf3fff44104c3d4fb clisp-2.43-3.fc8.x86_64.rpm 012e7bbbeae5884536fb44e52d95ed30e104cc4f clisp-debuginfo-2.43-3.fc8.ppc.rpm b0e5c2b32c5d6819cfc5afdd336f2a4f74bbf45d clisp-devel-2.43-3.fc8.ppc.rpm ef8d44a5da9300b2559116f2feb0081d547a2ed4 clisp-2.43-3.fc8.ppc.rpm 256bffc0e436603861fdc2dae81adfe3f7d7d6c8 clisp-2.43-3.fc8.src.rpm This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
