Hi Mike,
you should not specify an additional repository for your local
repository other then when the local repository holds other files then
the remote ones.
Instead, if you have a local copy of a repository, use 'baseurl' for
that repository.

However it seems to be ignoring the local depositiry and is
redownloading the same packages
ie:

rather than my local repos
any ideas how to stop this?
