the easiest for me was to mount the iso under /var/ftp/pub/<somedir>
and then start the ftp server.

Some starting points:

option 1)
  "mount file.iso /some/mnt/point -o loop"

option 2)
  GNOME desktop, right-click on .iso file, open with "Archive Manager"

option 3)
  isomaster
   http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/6/i386/repoview/isomaster.html
