check your /home/.../.config/autostart    dir and see
if there is an entry for nautilus there.

There is no entry for nautilus there. In gnome-session-properties, the entry recreates itself every time.

what's when you move one tab further to "Session Options" and when you press "Save the current session" *WITHOUT a running* nautilus/and all you don't want to start automatically

log off/on

does this fit your needs ?
