Maybe we could make GDM display a message explaining what to do if it
detects:

  1) no network account info sources
  2) no local user accounts

?

This is actually fairly easy to do -- we do it at BU with our Fedora/CentOS
derived distribution. However, our specific mechanism is tied into our
system for configuring root e-mail, which I don't think is ready for Fedora
at this point. But anyway, not hard.
