does adding:
options forcedeth poll_interval=65534
to your /etc/modprobe.conf help? (you will have to reload the module/reboot). if networking stops working just remove the line and reload the module (or reboot) again. for me this reduces the wakeup for forcedeth but some broken cards require the polling to work.

Yes, now it looks like this:
