It does not go very far on my x86_64 machine.  It bombs out with
a very long oops which scrolls off a screen.  Unfortunately that
BIOS does not seem to provide more than one vesa mode and I cannot
get more screen lines.

Stay tuned.  I will see what I can do.

On the same hardware current F7 kernels do not boot unless given
'agp=off'.  Without that they get stuck but do not crash.
'agp=off' makes 2.6.22.1-32.f6 bootable as well.  Rawhide kernels
boot without any fuss.
