This is the first time in years that I see a slow system clock, which
looses time very quickly. Since the last manual ntp sync about an hour
ago, five minutes are missing:

  # hwclock --show ; date
  Thu 26 Jul 2007 11:56:47 AM CEST -1.024398 seconds
  Thu Jul 26 11:51:51 CEST 2007

The only recent change in addition to the test kernels is that I'm booting
with acpi=off to work around bug 155496 (false critical temp shutdown).

Am I the only one seeing those symptoms?
