-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Test Update Notification FEDORA-2007-1128 2007-07-18 13:52:42.096618 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name : fcron Product : Fedora 7 Version : 3.0.3 Release : 1.fc7 Summary : A task scheduler Description : Fcron is a scheduler. It aims at replacing Vixie Cron, so it implements most of its functionalities. But contrary to Vixie Cron, fcron does not need your system to be up 7 days a week, 24 hours a day: it also works well with systems which are not running neither all the time nor regularly (contrary to anacrontab). In other words, fcron does both the job of Vixie Cron and anacron, but does even more and better :)) ... WARNING: fcron isn't started automatically on boot after installation. You can use system-config-services to enable automatic fcron startup on boot, or use chkconfig as explained in the /usr/share/doc/fcron-3.0.3/README.Fedora file. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Thu Jul 5 2007 Alain Portal <aportal[AT]univ-montp2[DOT]fr> 3.0.3-1 - New upstream version - Update patch0 - Remove patch1 & patch2, no more needed -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated packages: 0db2e561354e17d5f709165ac1720f910b26f3dc fcron-3.0.3-1.fc7.src.rpm f52008a7a4501095d65bb235c855a14d333beb17 fcron-3.0.3-1.fc7.ppc.rpm a9c2422c46f87c0a79a85215405a5645f173c2bf fcron-debuginfo-3.0.3-1.fc7.ppc.rpm 5319e143756b6062695ba444651def4bc08c0a9a fcron-3.0.3-1.fc7.x86_64.rpm fa827e36ad7e6024e157391a9eeb63b6c87cf1e4 fcron-debuginfo-3.0.3-1.fc7.x86_64.rpm f3617c409d1b2e20a07c25d9c15c2619afb34ab8 fcron-3.0.3-1.fc7.i386.rpm aaa350f8a8e68c5a500323c5d6e18119752c0798 fcron-debuginfo-3.0.3-1.fc7.i386.rpm 87a551cd95f44bd16c68fc374420971f84dac487 fcron-3.0.3-1.fc7.ppc64.rpm 346e25b33f56f5e4dd4918772acf28f752e319bc fcron-debuginfo-3.0.3-1.fc7.ppc64.rpm This update can be installed with the 'yum' update program.
