IMAP filtering seems to be broken: With kdepim-3.5.7 kmail doesn't filter my 
imap accounts anymore. If I downgrade to kdepim-3.5.6 all is working as 
expected.

This is maybe KDE bug 126182 [1]: online IMAP filters do not always start

Many users form other distros have also reported this issue with KDE 3.5.7 / 
Kmail 1.9.6. (starting from comment #12 [2]). Comment #23 points out, that a 
reverted patch would maybe fix this.[3]
