I was going to suggest that you could add a comment to the bodhi page
for that update:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/testing/F7/wine-0.9.38-2.fc7
But it looks like you already have. Awesome!

AFAIK comments are emailed to the update owner, so this should be a
pretty effective way to comment on things without going to the trouble
of creating a bug report.

For more serious issues, we'll have something like a "File bug" link on
the bodhi pages in the future. For now.. you know how to file bugs if
you need to.
