Too bad this didn't make it for Fedora 7.
My impression was various packages causing unnecessary wakeups have been
improved, and included.
Will this be something anybody hacking on Fedora 7 can implement
himself or do we need to wait for Fedora 8?
As you probably saw, one of the requirements was the tickless kernel,
which page mentions that it was only working on i386, and suggested it
hasn't been included for F7.
